Please note, orders will only be dispatched when we have been advised by the event we can do so . No orders will be dispatched after Friday 14th November 2025.
*International Orders: When placing an order for notes you can opt for the DIGITAL NOTES ONLY option or the DIGITAL NOTES & DIGITAL VIDEO option. This means that when you purchase digital notes, you are responsible for printing and binding these yourself. To access either of these options, we will email you a link to access either the notes only or both. If you do want bound books of the notes from us, we will happy dispatch these via an international carrier, and deliveries could take up to 3-5 working days. You can also order digital notes and videos as an ‘extra’, and we will email you your unique links. We will then arrange for the collection of your order by a Courier Service and these will be dispatched at the first opportunity.
You can now view videos of the stages in 2 ways, either by ordering a USB memory stick or alternatively, you can order a unique Digital Link (online) which we will email to you.
In the UK, all note orders are sent out using a Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service so you will always know when it has been dispatched, where it is and when it is expected to be delivered, as Royal Mail should be advising you of this as part of this service.
Royal Mail collection from our office is at midday Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays.
IMPORTANT NOTES ON PLACING AN ORDER
When placing an order you must complete each section including “Extra Options”. You must either select which option you want within these sections or if not required then select “No Extras” to allow your order to be placed into the basket. When selecting your dispatch option, in the UK this is Tracked 24, and complete all the information required for each shipping addresses i.e. mobile number and email address for each delivery required, automatic updates on when your order has been dispatched and when it will be delivered will be sent via text/email, so you will always know where your order is.
