There are a four different road book production options that Scotmaps can provide to you as an event organiser;

Print

This is a basic printing service of a PDF document that you provide. Other formats are supported.

Print and check

In this package we will accept your PDF document and provide an external check for your event. All too often a third set of eyes are required to ensure that mistakes are picked up on. With the formatting and re-formatting the chances are high of simple errors creeping in. With this service we will provide proofing and peace of mind.

Print, check and post

This is an expansion of the first two packages. With the event supplying the finalised PDF document Scotmaps will check the document, print it and also dispatch the road books out to all the competitors from the database you provide. This saves your event the tiring exercise of printing and sticking labels and stamps to envelopes. We can also provide postage verification.

Full service

With the unrivalled experience that Scotmaps has in rallying we can prepare the entire road book on your behalf saving your officials the tiring exercise of mapping the route. If you provide Scotmaps with the road and rally route we can create the road book from scratch saving you valuable time in the lead up to the event. We will provide you a proof copy that you can check before we print the final copies and post them out to the competitors on your behalf.

Technical capabilities

Scotmaps and parent company PrintMatters have invested heavily in advanced commercial printing equipment over the years. This enables an average size road book of 100 pages to be printed, sorted, cut and bound in your choice of materials from blank paper to final road book in an incredible 47seconds.
